By starting his career in Production Management and Direct Response, Matt was able to build a strong foundation focused on process, efficiency and measurable results. These principles and have been extremely valuable in developing winning strategies and tactics to support the ongoing progression of our client needs in the digital arena.
As Partner, Client Services, Matt’s responsibilities include executing our efforts across different Dakota-Diesel functional teams, including partners for our web development, creative, analytics and media planning clients. Matt works closely with our clients to identify their specific needs and business objectives and acts as the primary liaison throughout the duration of the project and partnership. Once the objectives are defined and confirmed, Matt leads the team in developing and implementing the solutions needed to meet the objectives through a combination of applicable products, available technologies and professional services.
Matt’s expertise draws heavily on the knowledge he gained during his time spent at larger agencies. He’s able to apply the best aspects of these “big agency” processes in a more streamlined, flexible execution that fits with Dakota-Diesel’s more nimble, “small agency” approach.
Prior to Dakota-Diesel, Matt was a VP. Account Director/Client Partner with Razorfish, acting as the primary agency contact for select Razorfish clients including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, PNC Financial and AARP among others. Matt’s internal agency responsibilities as VP Group Director/Client Partner also included being part of the Razorfish Management Team. This team was comprised of senior leadership within the agency and was an important entity in defining and applying operational enhancement practices, expansion of collective agency services and managing internal personnel mentorship and training.
